It is sent via Tencent Enterprise Email SMTP to the RGYS business email address Drew@sfc8.com. Email providers and website hosting services may process transmission and technical records. This website does not publish this information or include customer information in FAQs, search indexes or public AI corpora.

Safeguarding and Your Options

The website does not maintain a public customer database; enquiries by email are managed by the business team as required for follow-up, engagement and compliance with applicable law. You may contact Drew@sfc8.com to request access to, correction of or deletion of enquiry information that is no longer needed; statutory or contractual retention obligations may limit deletion. We cannot promise that a delivered email can be immediately erased from all inboxes and technical backups.

Sensitive Documents and Website Searches

The initial form does not support uploads of sensitive documents. Any necessary information will be collected separately in an appropriate manner after the scope of work is confirmed. FAQ search retrieves public information in your browser and does not proactively combine it with your identity or enquiry records.
