Scope of Services and Fees

Define the scope of work first, then compare quotations. Government fees, capital and operating resources are not the same cost, and applications, acquisitions, and ongoing compliance require different deliverables.

03 / Commitments not included

The services do not include a guarantee of obtaining a licence, opening a bank account, access to a payment channel, a fixed approval timeline or risk-free transactions. Government fees and rules may change; applicants, directors and operators remain responsible for the accuracy of information and ongoing compliance.

Legal, tax, audit and investment advice should be provided by appropriately qualified persons under the relevant engagement. Special structures, complex overseas operations or historical regulatory issues require a separate assessment of scope.

04 / What to Provide Before Receiving a Written Quotation?

Please describe the company and group, target market, licence direction, business model, flow of funds, whether stored value is involved, whether there is cross-border activity or foreign exchange, whether credit is provided, existing systems and partners, whether this is a new application or an acquisition, the proposed timeline, and the work you would like the consultant to undertake.

The initial form only requires a summary. Do not upload identity documents, client records, account passwords or data-room files for which you are not authorised. Any necessary sensitive documents will be collected separately by appropriate means after the engagement is confirmed.
